Just run the game with the '-setusupthebomb'
option (HostileWaters.exe -setusupthebomb) and
then ingame you can press F8 to bring the console
where you can use one of this cheats (F8 again will
remove the console. Codes are case sensitive):

The BUILDALL 1 cheat gives you ability to build every unit, have
all soulchios, weapons and salvos. But if you are using a soul
and in the meantime you type the buildall cheat, you can use this
souk again. Say you have a choper with ransom and you type the code.
You will have another ransom available. This way you can have a lot
of ransoms, for every chopper, or pattons for tanks etc.
